INDIGO CORTADO

CHF 25.00

INDIGO CORTADO

Volume: ca. 100 ml | Height: 5.3 cm | Width: 7 cm

A quiet moment.
The CORTADO cup is made for that first espresso of the day – smooth, strong, softened by a sip of milk.

Each cup belongs to a limited series, cast by hand using liquid porcelain and shaped in a plaster mold. The deep blue lines, like painted strokes, follow their own rhythm – no two are ever the same.

Individually made to order, each piece carries its own subtle variations in form and color. A cup that is never repeated, but always familiar.

Please allow around 3 weeks for your cup to be carefully made and ready to ship.

Handmade porcelain cups are carefully crafted with different techniques. Techniques used: mould construction and slip casting. The porcelain mugs were made of liquid porcelain and glazed in a glossy transparent glaze. Due to the handcrafted process, the pieces can vary in size, shape and colour. Little imperfections are part of handmade ceramics and make to a unique piece.
